*S1M-3281 Ross Finnie: The Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc.) (Amendment) Order 2002-That the Rural Development Committee, in consideration of the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc.) (Amendment) Order 2002, recommends that the Order be approved.

*S1M-3280 Brian Adam: Northern Isles-Aberdeen-Rosyth-Zeebrugge Ferry Link-That the Parliament welcomes the successful introduction of the Rosyth-Zeebrugge ferry; notes that it hopes to serve all of Scotland as a maritime link to Europe, and calls on the Scottish Executive to investigate the extension of the northern isles ferry routes from the islands to Aberdeen and then to Rosyth to enhance access for the north and north east of Scotland to important business and tourism markets in Europe.

*S1M-3279 Ben Wallace: Sovereignty of Gibraltar-That the Parliament condemns the agreement reached by Her Majesty's Government with the Spanish Government on the future of Gibraltar; notes that, throughout talks leading to the agreement, Gibraltar and her people were denied a separate representative role; urges Spain to lift all current obstacles on the people of Gibraltar that restrict their enjoyment of free and full rights in accordance with membership of the European Union; endorses the position of the vast majority of Gibraltarians that their vote in any referendum should be the last word, and further notes the dire consequences to the strategic value of the United Kingdom of any move towards shared sovereignty.
