The following instruments were laid before the Parliament on 9 May 2001 and are subject to annulment—

The European Communities (Service of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 (SSI 2001/172)

laid under schedule 2 of the European Communities Act 1972

The Sex Offenders (Notification Requirements) (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 (SSI 2001/173)

laid under section 2(6C) of the Sex Offenders Act 1997 as amended by schedule 5 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000

The Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing and Fishing Methods) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2001 (SSI 2001/174)

laid under section 9(2) of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984
